Our Giving Garden (Youth Gardening Committee)
"Our Giving Garden, 2023" located in the Community Gardens near the Historic Park Barns at The Botanic Garden was looking great! Last year we have worked with a variety of students throughout the summer instructing them on how to plant, weed, and harvest produce with the excess being given to local food pantries. This year we plan on working with more students.
The SCARECROW LADIES are back!!! Stop by any time and check out our garden before our first winter snow appears!

Our Giving Garden is used in conjunction with the Children's Sensory Garden for demonstrations and/or planting, weeding, and harvesting. The children get to experience real gardening with the hope that they will become good stewards of the land.
